From remote diagnosis to onsite hardware support, to replacement parts and materials – we have you covered. With GEM Warranty Services, you’ll always know who to call for help. Our expert technicians will repair or replace your computing device, so you can get back in business – fast.

GEM Service Levels include: Pick-up & Return Service, Next Day Exchange Service, One-Time Replacement Service, and Hardware Support On-site Services

Return Service – Pack it up and send it to the GEM repair center. We repair or replace it and ship it back to you.
Pickup and Return Service – GEM will pick it up, repair it and return it at no cost to you.
One-Time Replacement Service – When business functions rely on printing, MRA can arrange to have a defective printer exchanged for a
permanent replacement.

We are an Authorized Warranty Repair Shop and the only company authorized to deliver Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) for Hewlett Packard (HP) products in the state of New Jersey.
